Finalizing Your Breakthrough Goal

You've probably identified several areas in your life you could improve upon. By choosing just one area at this time you're not eliminating future possibilities, you're just focusing on one goal for now. Within the areas that you've identified answer these three questions.

1. Why must I achieve this goal?

2. What will it cost me if I don't achieve this goal?

3. Am I willing to do what is necessary to make this happen?

4. Do I really want this or does someone else want this for me?

The answers to these questions will determine which goal you'll choose. If you're going to achieve your goal you must truly want to take the action necessary to make it happen. If you have a hard time answering any of the questions for each goal, that may not be the right one to focus on right now. You want to create momentum in your life so choose the goal that will give provide you with tremendous feelings of satisfaction and accomplishment. Once you've chosen your goal write it down. Congratulations, you are now on your way! Tomorrow we will convert our goals into a 30 day plan.
