I know that a lot of women have tried to set goals in the past and failed miserably. They become too busy, overwhelmed or just give up too quickly.


The reason why most people are unable to sustain any real change is because we get discouraged and give up. We start blaming ourselves and then we feel bad for giving up. What we're going to do here is try a new approach. You see, these ideas will not require you to make a drastic change in your daily life, so it will stop the cycle of giving up. We will create lasting change one step at a time. The first step is to focus on just one area of your life and take a single step at a time in reaching your goal in that area.


What does it mean to be an Unstoppable Woman?


It means finding the courage to make a change or achieve a goal in your life that may or may not resemble your present circumstances. Regardless of your current situation, you don't allow fear, self-doubt or someone else to stop you and you consistently take one stop forward refusing to give up until you achieve your goal.

Despite our busy lives and numerous responsibilities at home and work, we can always find the time to help a friend or family member in need. We are masters at finding ways to get things done, but now it's time to devote some of that energy into making positive change in our own lives.
