Getting Ready For The Unstoppable Women Challenge

When you accept and complete the Unstoppable Women Challenge, you are building a foundation that will impact virtually every area of your life. If you can make one change or create a single result in just 30 days do you think that in the future you could build on that success and do it again? Sure you can, so let's get started.

Just like anything else in life that is worthwhile, it will require a bit of preparation to get started on your Unstoppable Women Challenge.

The first step is to identify a goal that will excite and inspire you. We will walk through a process to help you do that. Don't worry, it's not hard and is even kind of fun! Then over the next few days we will break down your goal into a series of daily, manageable steps that will make the changes you will be making seem natural and energizing.

The Unstoppable Women Challenge can be used for any goal or dream whether it be big or small. Some goals or dreams such as getting your diploma or starting a business can not be achieved in just 30 days, although you can make significant progress that propels you forward, putting you on the path to success!

The Unstoppable Women Challenge can be used as a model to achieve any goal or dream - personal or professional - whether it takes one day, one year, or ten years to achieve it. It works as a personal catalyst to jumpstart you into action. If your goal will take longer than 30 days then once you've completed your first 30 day challenge redefine your goal for the next 30 days and continue on your journey.

To get started you will need to complete the following four steps:

1. Identify what you want to achieve.
2. Convert your breakthrough goal into a 30 day goal.
3. Learn how to plan your daily "one step."
4. Identify a way to help another women along the way.

To identify your breakthrough goal, you need to do a reality check. To help you identify what you really want, you need to assess your life as it is today. What's working and what's not working in your life. There are 8 key areas that you will want to access and rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5.

1. Physical - appearance, overall health, fitness level, healthy diet, regular exercise, optimal weight, flexibility, strenth training, energy to do what needs to be done.

2. Financial - Current income level, good credit, balanced budget, current savings, current net worth, level of debt, clear investment strategy, financial security, enough money to do what you want.

3. Professional -Passionate about career, advancing in your industry, growing professionally, challenged by your work, doing what you want, expert in my field, performing at a level of excellence.

4. Personal - Have fun in your life, take great vacations, travel to places you want to go, take time for yourself, live in a nurturing environment, love where you live.

5. Relationships - with your famly, spouse, children, parents, siblings, romance, great friendships, mentors to learn from, spend your time with people you love and care about.

6. Mental/Emotional - Personally growing and learning, not easily angered, happy, whole and complete, fear does not control my life, no unhealthy addictions, live with gratitude, feel loved and supported, practice forgiveness.

7. Spiritual - Actively growing spiritually, regularly pray/meditate, involved in a spiritual community, expanding faith, regularly express love to others, live in peace.

8. Giving Back/Legacy - Contributing time to others, donating money to causes you care about, feel like your life matters, making a difference, clarity on your life's purpose and passion, actively support a cause you care about.

Once you've accessed where you are at you need to identify 3 areas of your life you want to improve. For a complete set of Unstoppable Women Challenge forms, go to http://www.unstoppablewomen.com/n and sign up, get the forms and help another women.

To help define what is important to you, write down your hopes and dreams in each catagory. What would you like to change, improve, or achieve? Try to have a mindset of complete faith and optimism. Ask yourself these questions. If you didn't have to worry about how it was going to happen and if you knew it could not fail and had no limitations, what would you want for your life in these top areas?
What do you really want?
What are you not willing to settle for?
Do this for each catagory and then after you've done some brainstorming and reavaluation, you can finalize your breakthrough goal. Then we will finalize your breakthrough goal. Check back tomorrow. . .
