Finalizing Your Breakthrough Goal

You've probably identified several areas in your life you could improve upon. By choosing just one area at this time you're not eliminating future possibilities, you're just focusing on one goal for now. Within the areas that you've identified answer these three questions.

1. Why must I achieve this goal?

2. What will it cost me if I don't achieve this goal?

3. Am I willing to do what is necessary to make this happen?

4. Do I really want this or does someone else want this for me?

The answers to these questions will determine which goal you'll choose. If you're going to achieve your goal you must truly want to take the action necessary to make it happen. If you have a hard time answering any of the questions for each goal, that may not be the right one to focus on right now. You want to create momentum in your life so choose the goal that will give provide you with tremendous feelings of satisfaction and accomplishment. Once you've chosen your goal write it down. Congratulations, you are now on your way! Tomorrow we will convert our goals into a 30 day plan.

Getting Ready For The Unstoppable Women Challenge

When you accept and complete the Unstoppable Women Challenge, you are building a foundation that will impact virtually every area of your life. If you can make one change or create a single result in just 30 days do you think that in the future you could build on that success and do it again? Sure you can, so let's get started.

Just like anything else in life that is worthwhile, it will require a bit of preparation to get started on your Unstoppable Women Challenge.

The first step is to identify a goal that will excite and inspire you. We will walk through a process to help you do that. Don't worry, it's not hard and is even kind of fun! Then over the next few days we will break down your goal into a series of daily, manageable steps that will make the changes you will be making seem natural and energizing.

The Unstoppable Women Challenge can be used for any goal or dream whether it be big or small. Some goals or dreams such as getting your diploma or starting a business can not be achieved in just 30 days, although you can make significant progress that propels you forward, putting you on the path to success!

The Unstoppable Women Challenge can be used as a model to achieve any goal or dream - personal or professional - whether it takes one day, one year, or ten years to achieve it. It works as a personal catalyst to jumpstart you into action. If your goal will take longer than 30 days then once you've completed your first 30 day challenge redefine your goal for the next 30 days and continue on your journey.

To get started you will need to complete the following four steps:

1. Identify what you want to achieve.
2. Convert your breakthrough goal into a 30 day goal.
3. Learn how to plan your daily "one step."
4. Identify a way to help another women along the way.

To identify your breakthrough goal, you need to do a reality check. To help you identify what you really want, you need to assess your life as it is today. What's working and what's not working in your life. There are 8 key areas that you will want to access and rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5.

1. Physical - appearance, overall health, fitness level, healthy diet, regular exercise, optimal weight, flexibility, strenth training, energy to do what needs to be done.

2. Financial - Current income level, good credit, balanced budget, current savings, current net worth, level of debt, clear investment strategy, financial security, enough money to do what you want.

3. Professional -Passionate about career, advancing in your industry, growing professionally, challenged by your work, doing what you want, expert in my field, performing at a level of excellence.

4. Personal - Have fun in your life, take great vacations, travel to places you want to go, take time for yourself, live in a nurturing environment, love where you live.

5. Relationships - with your famly, spouse, children, parents, siblings, romance, great friendships, mentors to learn from, spend your time with people you love and care about.

6. Mental/Emotional - Personally growing and learning, not easily angered, happy, whole and complete, fear does not control my life, no unhealthy addictions, live with gratitude, feel loved and supported, practice forgiveness.

7. Spiritual - Actively growing spiritually, regularly pray/meditate, involved in a spiritual community, expanding faith, regularly express love to others, live in peace.

8. Giving Back/Legacy - Contributing time to others, donating money to causes you care about, feel like your life matters, making a difference, clarity on your life's purpose and passion, actively support a cause you care about.

Once you've accessed where you are at you need to identify 3 areas of your life you want to improve. For a complete set of Unstoppable Women Challenge forms, go to http://www.unstoppablewomen.com/n and sign up, get the forms and help another women.

To help define what is important to you, write down your hopes and dreams in each catagory. What would you like to change, improve, or achieve? Try to have a mindset of complete faith and optimism. Ask yourself these questions. If you didn't have to worry about how it was going to happen and if you knew it could not fail and had no limitations, what would you want for your life in these top areas?
What do you really want?
What are you not willing to settle for?
Do this for each catagory and then after you've done some brainstorming and reavaluation, you can finalize your breakthrough goal. Then we will finalize your breakthrough goal. Check back tomorrow. . .

This may sound like a bunch of hype but it's not. It's a simple process of creating a series of unstoppable moments that are single steps forward that will ultimately result in personal transformation.

I know that a lot of women have tried to set goals in the past and failed miserably. They become too busy, overwhelmed or just give up too quickly.

The reason why most people are unable to sustain any real change is because we get discouraged and give up. We start blaming ourselves and then we feel bad for giving up. What we're going to do here is try a new approach. You see, these ideas will not require you to make a drastic change in your daily life, so it will stop the cycle of giving up. We will create lasting change one step at a time. The first step is to focus on just one area of your life and take a single step at a time in reaching your goal in that area.

What does it mean to be an Unstoppable Woman?

It means finding the courage to make a change or achieve a goal in your life that may or may not resemble your present circumstances. Regardless of your current situation, you don't allow fear, self-doubt or someone else to stop you and you consistently take one stop forward refusing to give up until you achieve your goal.

It doesn't require anything superhuman to be an unstoppable woman. It just reqauires you to take one step forward after another. When these steps are strung together you will have a serious of actions that place you closer to your goal.

Women create countless unstoppable moments in their lives day by day. Women always seems to be able to pull it all together when the going gets tough. Despite our busy lives and numerous responsibilities at home and work, we can always find the time to help a friend or family member in need. We are masters at finding ways to get things done, but now it's time to devote some of that energy into making positive change in our own lives.

This is a 30 day process that works for every women whether you're 20 or 70 years old. It takes into account our busy schedules and responsibilities yet still provides a way to achieve amazing breakthrough changes one step at a time. I will touch on each step in my blog. 21 Days to Develop a Habit to Success!

This evening I've been thinking about my goals and how best to achieve them. Over the last month I'm sure you've all made new years resolutions, new goals and have had new dreams. When you lay in bed at night what dreams go through your mind? How many of you have stopped yourself from meeting your goals or going for your dreams because of the fear that overwhelms you? Fear. We all are fearful of something, but have you ever let fear hold you back from attempting to accomplish your goals and dreams? Many people never try to accomplish anything because of fear of failure. In fact, 90% of the people reading this have done just that.

Do all of you understand that it takes 21 days to create a habit? Not a day or a week, not the year that everyone tries to achieve that new years resolution, 21 days. If you make a plan of action and follow your plan for 21 days with tireless effort your life will start to become what you deserve and you will have developed a habit to success!

Jeffrey Combs quotes in one of his tapes on "The 21 Laws of Success", Think like a millionaire before you become one. Think big, but you have to act big." If you work in Network or Direct Marketing you have to love what you do!

These are just a few of Jeffrey Combs Laws of Success. To get the full benefit of his training material, you should definately get the whole series.

1. Successful People Change the Way They Think! This goes back to the habits of surrounding yourself with positive mind-affirming thoughts. Read a book for 20 minutes or listen to a tape on positive thinking. This helps you and develops those changing habits.

2. Successful People Develop Their Self Esteem or Confidence. How do you feel about yourself? Would you hire yourself? Think about that. . . If you think you wouldn't, do something to change that!

3. Successful People Let Go of Their Past! 3 How can your present be any good if you're still living with past actions, or past circumstances. You can set dreams and goals for the future, but you can't achieve them if you're still living in the past. Can you honestly say that you live in the present? Many people are so used to living with past pain or mediocracy or fear that they get stuck in the past and not the present. That WILL NOT allow you to move forward! Forgive yourself, forgive others. You will be amazed at how this helps your present which helps your future.

4. Successfull People Have a Dream With A Clear Vision of Their Future. By living in the present, you can have a clear vision of your future so you can tell where you are going. Dream, we all need to dream! Take a picture of yourself in this vision and treat yourself as if you've already reached those goals! Know your WHY! Work towards that why and your vision.

5. Successful People Have a Game Plan/A Plan of Action. The one thing you have to realize though is that you have to act on your plan. No inconsistency! If you say you are going to work 6 hours a day, work 6 hours a day! If you're going to work 2 hours a day, great! But work those 2 hours a day! So many people have a goal, but then they just don't act on it and they let life get in the way. Are you following life's plan or your own?

6. Successful People Have Clear, Defined and Reachable Goals. It's ok to think big, but you also have to act big! What amount of income do you want and by when? You might not even be able to picture meeting this goal, but if you have that vision in your mind, your vision will start to become a reality.

7. Successful People Realize That Life Is a Numbers Game. You need to 'expose' your enterprise. You need to get in front of people and you need to get comfortable with the word NO or with rejection. The only thing is that rejection is not personal. Out of those No's will eventually come yes's. If you work your business part-time you need to expose your business to 10 to 20 people in a week and you will get some yes's! If your full time, you need to expose your business to 30 to 50 people a week. You need to create a lot of numbers to create a lot of results.

8. Successful People Understand the 80/20 Principle. Have you ever attached yourself emotionally to people that you work with? The people you spend your time chasing or the ones that you spend the most time with emotionally are the ones that work the least. The ones you spend the least amount of time with work the most, they are going to do it if you're there or not. There is a great book called the 80/20 Principle. You will see that the ones that you spend 80% of your time produce only 20%, and the ones you spend 20% of your time are the ones that produce 80% of your business. You need to work smart and work with those 20% that are doing 80% of the work.

9. Successful People Get Results, Production Rather Than Politics. You can either do the work that produces results or you can talk to 10 to 20 people about how "something' isn't working for you and "how you're doing the business but it's just not working for you'. Then instead of producing anything, you are stopping yourself with lack of productivity because you are wrapped up in politics, or complaining about how this is difficult or you are doing it wrong.

10. Succesful People Are Focused! They Don't Major In Minor Things. How many of you react to thing that happen in your life. An example is your credit card and the charges on it. You can spend 2 hourse arguing the charges instead of spending more time propsecting. How many of you react instead act? You need to be solution-oriented, not problem-oriented. Don't let problems sap your energy. Take yourself out of that and don't let thieves take your goals and dreams away from you by draining your energy. Let opportunities present themselves, instead of reacting to circumstances.

These are just 10 of the 21 Laws of Success! As this week progresses, put these first 10 laws into play. Make your life about WIN/WIN! Take these laws and start creating the next 21 days and setting these laws into your life to creat a habit. I plan on doing the same this week and I'll let you kow how it goes for me. Feel free to post how it goes for you. To your success!

Advertising Your Home Based Business

Having a home based business has many ups and downs to it. The last thing you want to worryabout while trying to figure everything else out is whether or not your home based businessis getting enough advertising to make a profit. You want to have many streams of traffic coming your way. Diversification will create real and long lasting quality lead flow and stability. When it comes to advertising your home based business there are several different ways youcan do this and some may even work better than others but you want to be sure to reach asmany audiences as you can in order to provide yourself the best outcome. In this articleI will provide a few different ways you can advertise your business and hopefully one,if not more, will work for you. Advertising your home based business in the newspaper can yield a great return as we have all seen how powerful the newspapers are. They cover all the news, the good, bad and the ugly as well as show job listings, and even advertise businesses. This can be quite costly, depending on how big you want the ad to be and how long you want it to run, it is still one of today’s best methods in getting the word out there about you, your business and what you can do for the public.

Television Advertisement

This is yet another very expensive yet effective, way to get the word out. Most people in America own a television, or at the very least can find a way to view one. You know as well as I do that when you are right in the middle of the best part of your favorite show, there comes a commercial break. Commercials are where people who run businesses or offer some sort of service tell about their product(s) and try to get you to buy from them or use their services instead of someone else’s. Why not put your service out there for the public to see and decide if it is something they want or need. You might be surprised how many actually watch the commercials.

Internet Advertisement

This seems to be one of the best and most inexpensive way to get the word out about your home business and the product or service you offer. There are quite a few different options that are available on the internet. Some of them cost money and some of them are free. First I'll go over the paid options. Pay per click advertising is probably one of the most effective ways to advertise on the internet but it does cost and you need to research well before you start doing it because you don't want to go over your advertising budget. There are many PPC ad services on the internet and your best bet is to do a google search on PPC adservices to see what's available.Another way to get your home business in front of people is to enroll in a traffic exchange program. I personally use Traffic Swarm. It's free and you can read more about how it works here: http://www.trafficswarm.com/go.cgi?751129or search the internet for other traffic exchange programs available. There are many available.Another free source of advertising your home business is Article Marketing. You can submitarticles to different e-zines to promote or help other people that are looking for information on what you're writing about. You get free exposure if the publisher archives their e-zine or if you’re article is placed on their home page. You can also start your own blog and post your articles on your blog as well. The best part about advertising your home business on the internet is that you can set up your company’s own website and put whatever it is that you think will help your company. Be sure when doing this though that you keep the information on your company’s website up to date with current information. Internet advertising builds contacts that are already looking for what you have to offer. Advertising Your Home Business on a Budget

Copyright © Stone Evans, The Home Biz Guy
http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/main-20485

When you are starting out in a new home business and no one
knows who you are, one of the greatest challenges you will face
is how to drum up new business.

If there were not people in your community or marketplace that
you knew who needed your products or services, you probably
would not have started your business to begin with. But, once
you have talked to those who you personally knew who needed your
what you offer, then your next task is to find others who will
help keep your doors open.

Many people know that they must turn to advertising at some
point in the future, but they hope that day will be long down
the road. For some, this utopian concept will come to fruition.
But for the rest of us in the real world, we must come up with
creative solutions for meeting our home business advertising
needs while working within our budget.

Most people have a misconception about having to spend lots of
money in order to advertise their home business. When you start
out, you honestly will not have much money available for
advertising, and if you do, you should still spend it wisely.

Before you jump headfirst into the world of advertising, let me
share some of the lessons I have learned concerning this most
important topic.

LESSON #1

It does not have to cost an arm and a leg to advertise your home
business, unless you fail to plan and fail to test.

As much as is possible, you should always test your advertising.
If you jump in and start dumping tons of money in to advertising
without first testing your advertising, you might find yourself
broke and without sales at the end of the road. Most people who
commit this error write off their failure on the home business
they chose or the economy or any of a hundred other excuses.
But, if they are unwilling to take responsibility for their
mistake, they will never learn from their mistake. Don`t let
this be you.

LESSON #2

All testing should be done in blocks. If you begin to advertise
simultaneously in newspapers, radio and television, how will you
know which advertising is bringing people to your cash register?
You won`t. All you will know that something might be working,
but you will not know what is actually doing the trick.

Even if you tell people in your advertising to tell you how they
found you, my experience shows that fewer than 10% of the people
ever will tell you anything --- and those people who do may not
even get the facts straight! You cannot rely on your customers
to tell you what advertising is working for your home business.
You must put in the extra effort to know for yourself.

LESSON #3

Only when you have a proven and solid advertising portfolio
should you venture to drop big bucks in an advertising campaign.
Even then, you should be careful to keep further measurements to
determine how much the maximum advantage of an ad would be.
Sometimes you might be able to reach ten times as many people,
but depending on the kind of media and other factors, the
additional exposure will only generate twice as many sales. Keep
your eye attuned to situations like this to get the most from
your advertising dollars.

LESSON #4

As Lesson #3 illustrates, sometimes your best advertising
investment may actually cost you less money. When you are first
starting out, whether you are running a home business or a
business outside of your home, you need to be able to get people
talking and thinking about your business.

If you are busy testing ads in media`s such as the newspaper,
magazines, radio, and television, you need to learn ways of
promoting your business that do not require large cash
expenditures. A few examples are:

· Word of Mouth
· Business Cards
· Press Releases
· Non-Primetime Ads on Radio and Television

Here is more information about each type of low-cost advertising:

WORD OF MOUTH

This of course is the cheapest kind of advertising on the planet
--- it does not cost you anything. Ask your customers if they
know anyone who could also use your products or services. When
they are happy with your offerings and service, they will be
willing to tell you whom you can contact, and they will pass the
word for you.

BUSINESS CARDS

You can usually pick up 500 business cards for about $20. When
you do, hand them out. Do not give more than a couple of cards
to each person. If they need more cards from you, they will ask.

Some people are known to network with others on a regular basis.
Some of these people are also known to be always looking for an
extra few bucks. With these people, you can suggest to them that
if they write their name on the back of one of your business
cards and the card is presented to you, then you will pay a
referral fee to them. You do not have to offer much ---
sometimes one dollar is enough. Look at your home business and
your offerings and decide how much would be a good referral fee.

PRESS RELEASES

Press Releases are a good source for generating news about your
home business. The business editor at your local newspaper is
always on the lookout for a good business story to fill the
business news section of the newspaper.

Of course, the business editor understands the economics of
running a paper and is more inclined to run your story if you
buy advertising in his/her publication, but will still print
stories for special events and openings.

The important thing to remember about Press Releases is that it
must be constructed in the form of a news story. Even if you are
a sole proprietorship, quotes from you should be written in a
third person format: John Doe said, "Your quote here."

A Press Release should pack the most important information at
the beginning of the copy, and leave extra details towards the
end.

You should always provide the reporter who gets the task a
simple and easy way for him/her to contact you directly. Often
the reporter will want to contact you to get details that will
enhance their take on your story.

NON-PRIMETIME ADS ON RADIO AND TELEVISION

Believe it or not, some of the best rates for radio and
television are on the overnight and non-primetime venues. These
target times are not a total waste as they can easily keep the
infomercial people in business.

These off-hours are just less populated than the primetime hours.

Don`t be afraid to check your local radio and television rates
for non-primetime hours to see what bargains may exist. With
television, primetime is 7pm to 10pm. With radio, primetime is
8am to 5pm. This sure leaves a whole lot of hours available to
advertise your home business at discount rates!

IN CONCLUSION

When it comes down to it, there is a lot to understand about
advertising, but when you have the basic knowledge down pat,
everything will fall into place and bring more dollars to your
bank account.

Online Home Business Marketing Tips

What type of business you operate from the home is totally up to you, but there are certain things that you will need to do to help insure its success. While visions of living large comes immediately to mind for many who choose to run their own home-based business, they often forget that it is a business. Running a home business often gives people the misunderstanding that they can dictate every part of their operation and while there are many aspects of a home business in which they are completely in charge, customers and clients will also have input on many functions.

The first thing needed to run a successful home business is a set schedule. It may be easy to stay up late to watch a movie and repeatedly hit the snooze button on your alarm clock, but when dealing with clients over the phone you really do not want them to think their early morning phone call rousted you from a sound sleep. While having a lot of free time may be appealing and taking naps in the middle of the day may be attractive, keeping regular hours is important to any business.

Make sure your office is only used as an office. In addition to the tax benefits of carving out a space used strictly for work, you will also have the feeling when you walk into the room in the morning that it is time to go to work. Similarly, when the day is over and you leave the office you need to feel as though you have gone home for the day. Just as you want to keep family distractions out of the office, you need to keep work distractions out of the rest of the house.

Being professional in all business dealings when in your home office will help preserve your image as a business owner. If you cannot afford a separate telephone line for the business, during your normal business hours answer the phone in a professional manner.

Unless your business is the field of dreams, simply building it will not guarantee customers will show up. Advertising ad marketing is essential to any business, even those run exclusively online. Chances are there is no sign in front of your home that indicates you are open for business, inviting passers-by to stop in and see what you have to offer. The only way anyone knows you are there is through advertising. One free easy way to get people to your sight is to sign up for a Free Traffic Swarm accout. Just click on the link to the left.

Build a website, even if you will not be conducting any business online. It can serve as your web-based sales pamphlet and include information about you, your experience and your business. Including prominent contact information on the first page of your website is a key to obtaining more business, but you should also have a contact form available for people to simply send in a request for information or for answering questions.
